Hi - I realised recently that I hve automatically being charged by Norton Security for something which I hv not authorised on my credit card. Please arrange to refund immediately, if not, I will have to contact the Consumer Affairs or Ombudman. This automatic access to our credit card is not authorised as it was used for the purchase of my laptop from Office Works. I do not wish to go and set an account and thus appreciate if you can refund immediately and stop all future automatic deductions without authorisation.
